At AJC Battery, we stand behind the quality of our electronic power solutions and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all batteries are shipped according to hazardous material safety guidelines to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and specific battery model to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the battery in its original protective casing and box, ensuring terminals are insulated to prevent short-circuiting during transit.
- 3.Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the package and ship the item via a carrier that supports battery transport tracking.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the battery's condition and voltage, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
